Florida Licensed Bodily Injury Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time Florida Licensed Bodily Injury Specialist will conduct investigations, evaluate claims, and negotiate settlements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and conducts investigations to analyze coverage, liability, and damages
• Completes Bodily Injury Evaluation forms and makes recommendations for claims disposition
• Evaluates medical injury exposure and maintains accurate records for claims processing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required; a 2-year degree or higher in a related field is preferred
• At least one year of automobile liability experience is required
• A minimum of 2 years of previous auto liability claim handling experience or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience is preferred
• Must hold or be able to secure an adjuster license within 60 days of employment
• Knowledge of applicable insurance statutes, regulations, and case law
