Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper - Business Process Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate books and records for multiple clients, including various reporting needs
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing
  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a professional services organization
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Experience with payroll processes and tax filing requirements
