Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper - Business Process Outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books and records for multiple clients, including various reporting needs
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a professional services organization
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience with payroll processes and tax filing requirements
