Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in the Property and Casualty insurance industry
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and policy lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
• Experience with P&C insurance systems and business analysis techniques is preferred
