Florida Licensed Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Business Analyst with technical writing expertise, the contract position will focus on creating detailed statements of work for IT projects related to cloud solutions, requiring on-site availability in Tallahassee, Florida, though remote work may be considered.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the development and administration of Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure effective project delivery and compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to project management plans and schedules, including tracking risks and maintaining project artifacts
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and project teams, addressing conflicts and ensuring alignment with project objectives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management activities
• Bachelor's degree in business, technical communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT or systems analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in technical writing and documentation
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification
• Solid understanding of procurement procedures and contract law, with experience in Florida State Agency IT Projects
