Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Agent - MSFH.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program
- Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers
- Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures
Required Qualifications
- Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
- Residency Requirement: Preferred candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas
- Background Check: Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
