Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent - MSFH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program
  • Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers
  • Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required
  • Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
  • Residency Requirement: Preferred candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
