Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Registered Nurse to provide clinical call center services for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide education on the product and self-administration techniques according to established call scripts
Receive and make inbound and outbound calls to support patients through injection training and education
Document all calls and activities within the program database

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) with a valid nursing license in Florida
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience and 3 years of other clinical experience
Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word products is a plus
