Florida Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Registered Nurse to provide clinical call center services for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education on the product and self-administration techniques according to established call scripts
• Receive and make inbound and outbound calls to support patients through injection training and education
• Document all calls and activities within the program database

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) with a valid nursing license in Florida
• 2 years of nursing experience combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience
• Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word products is a plus
