Florida Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing telephonic clinical assessments, the part-time Florida Licensed Call Center Nurse will analyze patient health statuses, recommend care based on clinical judgment, and coordinate services while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and triage immediate health concerns while recommending appropriate levels of clinical care
• Coach consumers on treatment alternatives and coordinate referrals to health programs and community services
• Investigate non-standard requests and provide explanations and interpretations within the area of expertise

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the applicable state
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 3PM - 7PM CST with rotating weekend on-call support
