Florida Licensed Call Center Representative

Job Summary

To support client operations, the full-time Florida Licensed Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance while working remotely from Pompano Beach, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and track incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Prepare and submit accurate reports in government systems and document sensitive information
• Conduct database and open-source research, routing and escalating calls as necessary

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Proven ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data
• Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
