Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist to provide customer support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and chats, providing accurate information on policies and resolving inquiries
  • Process tasks related to policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations while meeting service level agreements
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and participate in training and meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines insurance or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations preferred
  • An active 2-20 or 4-40 license, or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain productivity without direct supervision
