Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of Inside Sales call center representatives to achieve targets
  • Promote a sales culture and manage performance metrics for the team
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop individual development plans for team members
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-year proven leadership experience in a call center or similar supervisory position
  • Experience in Health, Dental, Vision, and other Ancillary sales is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize duties appropriately
  • Life and Health Insurance license required upon hire
  • FFM Certification ability to obtain once hired and renewed annually as required
