Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of Inside Sales call center representatives to achieve targets
- Promote a sales culture and manage performance metrics for the team
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop individual development plans for team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year proven leadership experience in a call center or similar supervisory position
- Experience in Health, Dental, Vision, and other Ancillary sales is strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize duties appropriately
- Life and Health Insurance license required upon hire
- FFM Certification ability to obtain once hired and renewed annually as required
