Job Summary

Managing processes that connect consumers with necessary services, the full-time Florida Licensed Care Advocate will provide support and guidance to patients navigating the healthcare system, collaborate with healthcare providers, and ensure a positive consumer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate seamless communication and service delivery between consumers and healthcare providers
• Address and resolve consumer issues promptly and professionally
• Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with healthcare practices and standards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment or two years in customer service preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
• Ability to manage a high volume of consumer live chat conversations with urgency
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and roles of interdisciplinary staff preferred
