Florida Licensed Care Management Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Coordinator to support patient care and compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient Care Management services and monitor compliance with assigned responsibilities
• Conduct initial and continued stay reviews, including clinical authorizations and justifications
• Provide reports on Care Management activities and ensure documentation compliance for hospital payment

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial and utilization review software, including ECIN, InterQual, and Kepro
• Two years of hospital care management experience
• Ability to conduct assessments and manage patient caseloads effectively
• Experience with documentation and compliance with CMS/Medicare regulations
• Capability to provide staff training on IT programs relevant to care management
