Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (Social Worker).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the care management team and coordinates care for behavioral health members
• Monitors documentation for compliance with regulations and assigns caseloads based on various factors
• Evaluates team performance and provides coaching to ensure high-quality care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• 4+ years of related experience
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or RN with BH experience)
• Must reside and hold licensure in the State of Florida
