Job Summary

To support a major health plan, the fully remote Florida Licensed Care Manager RN will manage assigned worklists, conduct patient calls for clinical intervention, and collaborate with internal departments while maintaining high-quality performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned and pended worklists effectively
• Conduct inbound/outbound patient calls for clinical intervention and education
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care/service plans for members

Required qualifications

• Active RN license (compact license required)
• 2+ years of clinical experience in an acute, community, or clinical setting
• 1+ years of case management experience in managed care
• Experience in specialty pharmacy
• Familiarity with utilization management and relevant guidelines
