Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager, Crew Medical.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medical care for crew members who are medically disembarked or repatriated, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Maintain documentation of case status and communicate with crew regarding medical benefits and treatment plans
• Collaborate with medical providers and legal teams to facilitate appropriate care and settlement of cases

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health care or case management
• Minimum of three years of case management experience, preferably in Maritime/Jones Act or personal injury cases
• Registered Nurse (RN) is highly preferred
• Strong independent decision-making ability regarding care management plans
• Understanding of medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
