Job Summary
Monitoring the service delivery process, the full-time Florida Licensed Case Manager will ensure timely Radiologist studies, manage workflows, and expedite cases in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor service delivery to ensure timely reporting of studies by Radiologists and assist with outreach to ordering physicians
- Expedite cases through various systems and follow up on unread and stat cases
- Escalate pending cases to management and redirect Radiologist workloads as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Highly motivated, productive, and analytical
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
