Job Summary

Evaluating coverage and determining liability, the full-time Florida Licensed Casualty Specialist will conduct investigations, negotiate settlements, and manage claims processing in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Plans and conducts investigations to analyze coverage, liability, and damages
  • Evaluates policy coverage and communicates with insureds, claimants, and medical staff to assess claims
  • Maintains accurate records and manages administrative responsibilities related to claims processing
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalency; a 2-year degree or higher is preferred
  • At least one year of automobile liability experience is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous auto liability claim handling experience or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience preferred
  • Must hold or be able to secure an adjuster license within 60 days of employment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
