Florida Licensed Child Adolescent Psychiatrist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide excellent psychiatric care to children 0-14 and their caregivers, conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management as needed, has the ability to collaborate with other providers as needed, and consistently ensures an excellent family experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric care to children 0-14 and their adult caregivers
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management
• Engage with collateral informants/providers and communicate with families

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience providing psychiatric services to children
• Licensed to practice in FL and Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Active DEA license and willingness to obtain licenses in additional states as needed
• Experience in managing clinical crises and providing measurement-based care
• Experience providing interdisciplinary collaborative care and working with children, parents, and other providers and educators
