Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide video-based behavioral health assessments for patients
Assist with de-escalation and stabilization of patients
Maintain documentation within partner site's EMR and ensure a therapeutic environment

Required Qualifications

PMHNP certification and active state license
2+ years of experience since obtaining license
Intermediate to advanced experience with technology
Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred
