Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Specialist (Claims Trainee Program).

Key Responsibilities

Handle low complexity claims through outbound calls
Complete required training courses and continuing education credits
Participate in Saturday rotations as needed

Required Qualifications

Must possess an active Adjusters License (preferably FL or TX)
Completion of 5 specified training courses
Completion of 9 Continuing Education Credit courses
Willingness to start training for New York Claims Adjuster License
Availability to work a full-time schedule with varying hours
