Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time remote Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will manage third-party bodily injury claims across various exposures, ensuring compliance with guidelines and delivering exceptional service throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjust bodily injury and personal injury claims in a timely manner while conducting thorough investigations
• Establish contact with insureds and claimants within 24 hours of assignment and maintain consistent communication throughout the process
• Evaluate damages, set reserves, and ensure accurate documentation of all claim activity in the claim system

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Adjuster License
• Relevant claims adjusting experience, specifically in bodily injury and liability claims
• Strong investigative and analytical skills with knowledge of litigation processes
• Familiarity with Medicare reporting requirements and compliance
• Experience with claims management systems and documentation standards
