Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time remote Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex third-party liability claims involving bodily injury and personal injury while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve third-party bodily injury claims in accordance with client guidelines
• Contact involved parties within 24 hours of claim assignment and develop an appropriate action plan
• Negotiate settlements and maintain accurate reserves based on claim development

Required Qualifications

• Active Adjuster License required or ability to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing
• Minimum of 3+ years of bodily injury claims handling experience
• Experience with Auto Liability, General Liability, Errors & Omissions, and Law Enforcement Liability claims
• Strong understanding of tort law, liability analysis, and bodily injury evaluation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems
