Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of liability claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve first party and third party automobile and general liability property damage claims in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties
• Maintain accurate and detailed claim documentation within the claims management system

Required Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Claims Adjuster
• 2 years of experience in first party physical damage, automobile liability, or commercial general liability
• Strong investigative and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Florida Sovereign Immunity law
• Ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining quality and service standards
