Florida Licensed Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Analyst III (Residential Property and/or Liability).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers by responding to a wide range of claims inquiries via telephone and email
• Assign claims to adjusters and maintain effective partnerships to ensure prompt claims actions
• Analyze claims information to determine appropriate settlements and negotiate as necessary, while maintaining thorough claims files

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and five or more years of relevant experience in residential property or liability claims
• Current 6-20 Claims Adjuster license or equivalent, as required by job opening
• Advanced understanding of personal lines products and property/liability principles
• Thorough knowledge of Xactimate and standard business software
• Experience in managing complex claims and working under tight deadlines
