Florida Licensed Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to policyholders, the hybrid remote Florida Licensed Claims Analyst will investigate, evaluate, and settle residential property claims while maintaining compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to claims inquiries from policyholders, agents, and third-party representatives while ensuring prompt communication and follow-up
• Coordinating with field adjusters to facilitate timely claims actions and maintaining effective partnerships for claim resolution
• Investigating claims, analyzing information for appropriate settlements, and negotiating with claimants as needed

Required qualifications

• For Claims Analyst II: Four or more years of residential property (1st party) experience and a current 6-20 Claims Adjuster license
• For Claims Analyst III: Eight or more years of residential property (1st party) experience and a current 6-20 Claims Adjuster license
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, including residential homeowners and personal umbrella products
• Proficiency in standard business software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with technical research resources related to claims and property principles
