Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Analyst III (Residential Property and/or Liability).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers and respond to a wide range of claims inquiries with minimal supervision
• Assign claims to adjusters and maintain effective partnerships to ensure appropriate claims actions
• Analyze claims information for settlements, negotiate with claimants, and maintain accurate claims files

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and five or more years of residential property or liability experience
• Current 6-20 Claims Adjuster license or equivalent, as required by job opening
• Advanced understanding of personal lines products and claims principles
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate and standard business software
• Experience with financial review and analyses
