Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property & Casualty Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Claims leadership to document and analyze current workflows and systems
• Identify opportunities to streamline claims processes and collaborate with IT on system enhancements
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and conduct user acceptance testing for new workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Professional experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry as a Claims Business Analyst
• Experience managing multiple assignments and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience with insurance claims processes and regulatory considerations
• Familiarity with claims workflow platforms and tools such as SQL, Excel, and Jira
