Seeking a Florida Licensed Claims Business Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage documentation of current processes, define requirements, and support the creation of an automated work management system to enhance claims handling efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Claims leadership to analyze and document current workflows and systems
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with IT to implement improvements
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure successful project delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Professional experience in Property & Casualty insurance as a Claims Business Analyst
  • Proven ability to analyze business problems and develop effective solutions independently
  • Experience managing multiple assignments and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in insurance claims processes and regulatory considerations
