Job Summary
Seeking a Florida Licensed Claims Business Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage documentation of current processes, define requirements, and support the creation of an automated work management system to enhance claims handling efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Claims leadership to analyze and document current workflows and systems
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with IT to implement improvements
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure successful project delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Professional experience in Property & Casualty insurance as a Claims Business Analyst
- Proven ability to analyze business problems and develop effective solutions independently
- Experience managing multiple assignments and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in insurance claims processes and regulatory considerations
