Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Claims Clerk to support Claims Adjusters with clerical functions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and send claims-related letters while maintaining compliance with state-specific requirements
  • Manage data fields on vendor systems and respond to claim inquiries on behalf of adjusters
  • Coordinate Examinations Under Oath and maintain compliance with Florida PIP statutes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in office software and database systems
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
