Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Injury Claims Clerk to support Claims Adjusters with clerical functions in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and send claims-related letters while maintaining compliance with state-specific requirements
- Manage data fields on vendor systems and respond to claim inquiries on behalf of adjusters
- Coordinate Examinations Under Oath and maintain compliance with Florida PIP statutes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in office software and database systems
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
