Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner (General Liability) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex general liability claims, managing them to resolution
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims reserves throughout the claim lifecycle
• Coordinate vendor referrals and manage the litigation process for timely claims resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in General Liability/Professional Liability
• Active insurance license in FL or NY preferred
• Experience with product liability is a plus
• Strong understanding of claims management processes
