Job Summary
To analyze and adjudicate complex customer claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims Examiner will work remotely, utilizing their claims adjusting expertise to negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients and claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
- Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
- Knowledge of Florida jurisdiction and licensing requirements
