Job Summary

Handling complex general liability claims, the remote contract Claims Examiner - Liability will investigate, evaluate, and manage claims from intake through resolution while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage complex general liability claims from intake through resolution
• Determine liability exposure and develop action plans to ensure timely claim resolution
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority levels and manage litigated claims in coordination with legal teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of general liability claims experience
• Active Florida (FL) Adjuster License - Required
• Strong knowledge of claims investigation, liability determination, and settlement practices
• Litigation handling experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
