Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational management and strategic oversight of workers' compensation claims in the assigned region
• Establish departmental performance standards and provide ongoing feedback to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical workers' compensation claims experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in budget planning and preparation
• Working knowledge of workers' compensation administration principles, statutes, and regulations
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Insurance designation (e.g., ARM, AIC, CPDM, CPCU) preferred
