Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Licensed Claims Processor will manage claims processing, ensuring financial and processing accuracy while adhering to established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process health plan claims with a focus on financial accuracy and compliance
• Maintain customer service excellence while handling inquiries related to claims
• Document and resolve discrepancies in claims processing as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of claims processing experience
• CPC Certification or related medical certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of administrative experience in a health plan environment
