Florida Licensed Claims QA Analyst

Job Summary

Conducting quality audits and assessments, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims QA Analyst will remotely review employee work for accuracy and performance, prepare quarterly meetings to discuss quality scores, and collaborate with the QA Department to enhance training and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly quality audits to determine quality scores
• Review and monitor employee performance for technical accuracy and customer service compliance
• Identify QA trends and recommend training enhancements in partnership with Senior QA Analysts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 5 years of claims handling experience, preferably in bodily injury and material damage
• Applicable state-specific adjuster licenses and/or certificates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with extensive training in Excel preferred
• Training in systems and QA Department processes and procedures
