Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto and General Liability Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage low to mid-level complex claims, including bodily injury and property damage
• Investigate claims, confirm policy coverage, and establish reserves
• Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients while adhering to guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
• Current Adjuster's License is required
• Three (3) years of experience handling Auto and General Liability claims, including bodily injury
• Municipality experience is a plus
• Residency in NC, VA, or MD preferred
