Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service
• Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads effectively
• Oversee adjuster hiring and training while promoting a culture of performance and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled
• Knowledge of team member related functions
