Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Prior leadership experience of at least 10 years, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
