Leading a remote team of claims professionals, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims Supervisor will oversee Workers Compensation claims, promote best practices, and manage workloads to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to handle diverse caseloads efficiently
• Guide the team in adhering to best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Manage hiring, training, and development of adjusters to foster a culture of performance improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 8 years of related claims experience
• Florida License for claims handling
• At least 2 years of prior leadership experience
• Knowledge of team member functions and claims processes
