Florida Licensed Claims Support Representative
Job Summary
Providing licensed-level claim guidance, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims Support Representative will serve as a point of contact for policyholders and claimants, process claim payments, and handle escalated inquiries while working remotely in the Southeast Region.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a licensed point of contact for policyholder and claimant questions
- Explain and process claim payments accurately according to company policy
- Document interactions and payment activity in company systems while maintaining compliance with regulations
Required qualifications:
- Active Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license in good standing
- At least 1 year of customer service experience or comparable P&C insurance service role
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
