Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to support and enhance their claims operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver VIP member support by guiding the team in resolving issues with empathy and precision
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing performance improvement
• Act as the first line of support for escalated concerns and ensure accountability within the team

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, claims processing, or a related field
• 1+ year of team leadership or demonstrated expertise in claims processes
• High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Claims Adjuster License (6-20 All Lines) or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Comfort with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, SQL, or Tableau
