Job Summary
To support a dynamic claims environment, the full-time Florida Licensed Client Coordinator will manage client inquiries, data preparation, and documentation while working remotely from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding report status and general requests
- Utilize systems to enter and retrieve client information, maintaining accurate documentation in the database
- Collaborate with the QA department to monitor workflow and ensure timely case resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal experience preferred
- Minimum one year of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer skills
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and adhere to HIPAA regulations
