Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) for a remote position based in the Eastern time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closings
• Collaborate with agents and third parties to gather necessary documentation and maintain compliance
• Handle end-to-end transaction processing, including expense entry, commission calculations, and communication with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Florida
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
• Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
