Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents and manage contractual dates and deadlines
• Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
• Execute end-to-end transaction processing, including financial details and communication with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Florida
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
• Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
