Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closure
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processing, including expense entry, commission calculations, and communication with all parties involved


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Florida
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with multiple software systems related to transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial details and compliance
