Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closure
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Manage end-to-end transaction processing, including expense entry, commission calculations, and communication with all parties involved
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Florida
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with multiple software systems related to transaction management
- Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial details and compliance
