Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Accountants, the full-time Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor will oversee the preparation and review of monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and departmental policies in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial statement preparation
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to prioritize deadlines and resolve outstanding issues
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for team members, tracking individual and departmental goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in property management, real estate, or residential management is required
• CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
