Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Accountants, the full-time Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor will manage the preparation and review of financial statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial statement preparation
• Communicate with team members and leadership to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are consistently fulfilled
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for staff, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in property management, real estate, or residential management
• CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
