Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Accountants, the fully remote Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor will manage the preparation and review of monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and timely completion of all deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the accounting team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial statement preparation
• Monitor deadlines and communicate with team members and leadership to meet client expectations consistently
• Provide training and performance evaluations for staff while assisting with audits and resolving financial discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Prior experience in property management, real estate, or residential management required
• CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
