Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Accountants, the full-time Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor will manage the preparation and review of monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial statement preparation
• Monitor deadlines and communicate with team members and leadership to meet client expectations consistently
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for team members, addressing any internal and external issues promptly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in property management, real estate, or residential management is required
• CAM license and CPA certification are advantageous
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
